HC-3703 Water Impermeability Test Device, 3-Station

Used to determine the surface impermeability of concrete by water using concrete test specimens. The device determines the depth of water penetration into hardened concrete under a known time and pressure. Specimens are put into the test chamber, clamped with suitable flanges and gaskets, and then a known water pressure is applied to the specimen’s surface for a time as called for by the Standard.

Description

An air compressor is used to provide an adequate and constant pressure. The water penetration is measured by quantitative water penetration measurement using the graduated burettes.

Available with either 3 or 6 test stations, these Impermeability test devices can be used with the following test specimen sizes: 150 x 150 x 120mm, 150 x 150 x 150mm, 200 x 200 x 120mm or 150 x 300mm (requires accessory).

HC-3706 is 6-station
